Lego League
For Ages 6-12
Do you have a student who loves to problem-solve, build with Legos, and work with a team? This is the activity for them! First Lego League is a global program and the JCC is proud to offer this opportunity to you. Spots filled up quickly last year. Sign up today!

Do you have a student ages 6-12 who loves to problem-solve, build with Legos, and work with a team? Join the JCC’s Lego League Explore Team for the 2026-2027 season! This season’s theme is BIOGLOW and focuses on biodiversity, ecosystems, and how technology and innovation can help protect natural habitats and restore ecological balance
Students will learn to design, code, and discover real-world solutions using LEGOs, then apply the STEM skills they have learned to friendly competition. Students will explore the world of programming using a LEGO Education robotics set and create a motorized LEGO model while focusing on respectful interaction, shared experiences, and critical thinking. This younger team does not participate in competition at the end of the season.
Lego League will meet in the Activity Center from 5-6:30 pm on Thursdays throughout the fall and winter.
