Train Smarter: Reactive Strength & Stability (RNT)

Saturdays | 9-10 AM
Wesley Larsen
Strength Studio

Brain first. Body follows.

Your body is doing the best it can. And sometimes, it finds workarounds. What if we leaned into that—just a little? That’s the foundation of Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT).

Using external cues and a variety of tools, we’ll explore what happens when we gently exaggerate these tendencies—giving your body something new to respond to, and helping to enhance strength, stability, and coordination. Through an RNT lens, this class is a space to experiment and notice how your brain and body communicate through a different dialect. Bring your curiosity—we’ll take it from there.
