Strong Through the Shift is a strength training class designed specifically for women navigating the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of perimenopause. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or returning after a break, this class meets you where you are and helps you build strength from the inside out.
Together in a supportive, fun, and judgment-free community, we’ll focus on learning proper form, gaining confidence with weights, and building muscle to support metabolism, bone health, and energy during this transitional season. Each week, you’ll learn how to lift safely and progressively, and before long, you’ll be lifting heavier than you ever thought possible — mentally and physically. Expect empowering music, real talk, a few laughs, and a whole lot of strength — because you’re not just surviving this phase, you’re thriving through it. All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you're gearing up for indoor training season or simply looking for a balanced, full-body challenge, Cycle + Strength Fusion delivers results. All fitness levels welcome — come ready to ride, lift, and level up.
Small Group Training Policies
Participants are signing up for a dedicated training program with the trainer/class offering of your choice. Small groups require at least three participants to run. Participants cannot attend classes other than what they have signed up for. All programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for classes unattended, although you may ask your trainer for the printed copy of the workout you missed. If the trainer has to cancel for any reason, a make-up day will be added to your schedule.
