Strength Through Feedback: Reactive Neuromuscular Training
Fridays 5-6 PM
Wesley Larsen
Garage Gym
Brain first. Body follows.
Your body is doing the best it can. And sometimes, it finds workarounds. What if we leaned into that—just a little? That’s the foundation of Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT).
Using external cues and a variety of tools, we’ll explore what happens when we gently exaggerate these tendencies—giving your body something new to respond to, and helping to enhance strength, stability, and coordination.
Through an RNT lens, this class is a space to experiment and notice how your brain and body communicate through a different dialect. Bring your curiosity—we’ll take it from there.
Small Group Training Policies
Participants are signing up for a dedicated training program with the trainer/class offering of your choice. Small groups require at least three participants to run. Participants cannot attend classes other than what they have signed up for. All programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for classes unattended, although you may ask your trainer for the printed copy of the workout you missed. If the trainer has to cancel for any reason, a make-up day will be added to your schedule.
