This remarkable home sits perched 100 meters high on a lush, jungle-covered ridge, overlooking Punta Dominical and the Pacific Ocean featuring awe-inspiring blue-water and tropical-jungle views.
From the luxurious second level master suite (with its own wrap-around terrace), each of the two identical well-appointed junior suites, the kitchen, the outdoor barbeque, the spacious living room, and the serene infinity pool you can, if the weather cooperates, enjoy a breathtaking ocean sunset every night of your vacation. In addition to the three main splendid living quarters, the home also boasts another wonderful sleeping area, also with an ocean view, for two persons above the two-car garage. All told, this vacation accommodates eight guests.
The home is secluded among the local flora and fauna in a gated community. For those of you who can’t completely abandon business or just want to gloat to your friends back home there is (usually) hi-speed Internet.
Dominical is a romantic ocean town, originally discovered by surfers, located on the beautiful southwest Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, where the pristine ocean meets the dramatic rising mountains and the magical jungle. Nearby are exciting adventure activities of all kinds and the chance to observe, and be a part of, one of the most bio-diverse parts of the world. And beaches too. You will wake up to the singing of numerous indigenous birds, hear unusual wildlife sounds - which may include the otherworldly mating call of the Howler monkeys - and be serenaded every night as you go to sleep with the sound of gentle ocean waves in the bay. The area also has world-class restaurants. For additional fees the Casa’s concierge can even book all of your activities including a private chef.
Dominical in about a 3-hour drive over good roads for the international airport in San Jose.
This extraordinary vacation includes a 7-night stay between mid-May and Mid-September (after September is the rainy season) with the exact dates to be negotiated with the owner. The summer blackout dates are usually the weeks of Memorial Day, July 4, July 24, and Labor Day.
