Board Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Master

With more than 30 years of experience in the health, wellness, and sports performance industries, I’m thrilled to expand my professional service offerings here at the JCC as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, alongside Personal Training, Endurance Coaching, Pilates, and Group Fitness Instruction. I believe deeply in a holistic and integrative approach to health — supporting optimal performance, recovery, and well-being in both life and sport.

My credentials and experience include a wide range of preventative and therapeutic modalities, strengthened by my training in functional medicine, lifestyle & sports nutrition, and athletic performance as coach and athlete. As an LMT, I blend clinical bodywork with holistic practices through touch and energy therapies to support clients in cultivating growth, healing, clearing, and regeneration on both physical and energetic levels.

Teaching and mentorship have always been core to my professional journey. I’ve served as an instructor at Healing Mountain Massage School, a motivational and educational speaker for youth and adult audiences, and a therapist for a diverse range of clients—including my time as Therapy Director for Utah Sports and Wellness, an LMT for the Salt Lake Stallions professional football team, and Nutritionist for the Utah Argonauts professional development football team.

Here at the JCC, I’m excited to offer a comprehensive blend of therapeutic massage, bodywork, and integrative healing practices to supplement my professional training, coaching and teaching service offerings. And, I look forward to working with you. Whether an active adult or youth, recreational or elite level athlete, an individual seeking stress relief, mind-body support, and/or long-term wellness solutions, every session is personalized to help you reach optimal health, performance, and recovery.

Massage Offerings

Services can be applied individually or combined to meet your needs. I work intuitively—or with your input—to create a session that supports recovery, enhances performance, and helps you move toward your personal health and performance goals.

Every new client must complete a 15-minute complimentary consultation prior to their massage.

General Health & Stress Relief

A balanced blend of therapeutic massage techniques designed to reduce muscle tension, regulate the nervous system, and promote whole-body wellness. Ideal for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and a restorative reset. NOTE: I will use lotion or oil for this service.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

A subtle, light-touch therapy that works with the rhythm of the cranial, spinal and nervous systems to release deep tension and regulate flow. It helps calm the body, ease pain, and support natural healing—offering a deeply restoring experience for those with headaches, chronic tension, stress, or trauma. NOTE: I will use light touch, but no lotion or oil for this service, unless blended with another modality.

Restorative & Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Soft, nurturing, light-touch techniques that encourage lymphatic flow, reduce inflammation, and calm the body’s stress response. This deeply soothing work promotes rest, recovery, and gentle detoxification. NOTE: I will use light touch, and lotion or oil for this service.

Reiki for Performance, Recovery, & Mind-Body Healing

A gentle energy-based practice that supports mental focus, emotional steadiness, and physical recovery. Reiki helps athletes wellness-minded individuals, trauma survivors and wellness-minded individuals reduce stress, enhance resilience, and restore a grounded sense of well-being through nervous system regulation using chakra balancing, Ayurveda and Pranic Healing techniques. NOTE: I will use light touch, but no lotion or oil for this service, unless blended with another modality. A 90-minute session is required if integrated with another modality.

* Reiki for Athletic Performance and Recovery Reiki is a powerful tool for athletes seeking faster recovery, improved focus, and more balanced training. By calming the nervous system and supporting the body’s natural repair processes, Reiki helps reduce muscle tension, ease inflammation, and accelerate post-workout recovery. As a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, I use energy therapy to help athletes optimize performance, prevent burnout, and maintain both physical and mental resilience throughout their training cycles.

* Reiki for General Health, Wellness & Trauma Therapy Reiki encourages deep relaxation, quiets the nervous system, and clears energetic blockages that can contribute to tension or emotional overwhelm. This integrated approach helps you feel physically balanced, emotionally centered, and spiritually nourished—an ideal complement to therapeutic massage.

Medical Massage & Trigger Point Therapy

Clinical, results-driven treatment addressing chronic pain, muscular dysfunction, and injury rehabilitation. Focused work helps release stubborn deep-tissue knots, restore function, and support long-term structural balance. NOTE: I will use lotion or oil for this service.

Sports Massage: Pre-Event, Post-Event, Maintenance, & Rehabilitation

Targeted, performance-focused bodywork designed to prepare the body for activity, accelerate recovery, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk. Ideal for athletes of all levels seeking to optimize training and performance.

 

Service Enhancements

Enhancements can be added to any bodywork session to support recovery, address specific needs, and optimize physical function. While your main service is highly effective on its own, enhancements may be recommended to maximize therapeutic results and support your goals. NOTE: A 90- or 120-minute session may be recommended when integrating 1 or more service enhancement.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy through the therapeutic use of essential oils selected to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and complement the body’s natural healing processes may be facilitated through inhalation or topical application with lotion.

Crystal Therapy & Chakra Balancing

Crystal Therapy & Chakra Balancing incorporates intentional placement of carefully selected stones used to help release energetic tension, support chakra alignment, and promote a deeper sense of relaxation and restoration.

Cupping

Cupping uses gentle suction cups placed intentionally for seconds to minutes to help increase circulation, release muscle tension, improve mobility, reduce areas of stagnation, and promote faster recovery from muscular strain or overuse.

Hot Towels

Hot Towels help relax muscles, increase circulation, and enhance overall comfort when applied to targeted areas to support deeper tissue release, promote relaxation, and create a calming sensory experience that enhances the therapeutic benefits of bodywork.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping applied strategically during or after treatment to help promote circulation, decrease inflammation, and support proper movement patterns as the body heals; beneficial for injury recovery, postural support, performance potential and maintaining therapeutic gains between sessions.

Reflexology

Reflexology technique that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the feet or hands to help support relaxation, improve circulation, reduce stress, restore balance, and complement overall wellness by stimulating corresponding systems throughout the body.

Shiatsu & Meridian Therapy

Shiatsu & Meridian Therapy, rooted in Eastern medicine, uses sustained pressure along meridians or pathways through which vital energy flows, and helps to support circulation, improve mobility, regulate nervous system and energetic balance.
