While the JCC is a welcoming place, open to all, the policies and rules below help us to ensure the safety and security of all of our members.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and security are important to us.

We recognize and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. When you visit our site to view any pages, read product information, or use our online tools, you do so without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. While we do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site, we do use standard software to collect information for the strict purpose of tracking activity on our site. This allows us to better understand how many people use our site and which pages and features are most popular.

The only information we normally collect and store is:

The name of your Internet service provider
The website that referred you to us (if any)
The date and time the pages were accessed
The page or pages you requested
The equipment and software you used to access those pages

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy. A revised policy statement will only apply to data collected subsequent to its effective date. Any revisions will be posted at least 30 days prior to its effective date.

Conduct

Members and guests of the JCC are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with the mission, vision, and DEI policy of this organization. The JCC reserves the right to terminate memberships and/or deny entry at its discretion.

The I.J. & Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center (JCC) is committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws providing Equal Employment Opportunities, as well as keeping a work environment that is free of harassment and discrimination. The JCC supports and encourages diversity in its membership as well as its staff and will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment against members, employees, or guests. As this is a Jewish Community Center, Jewish values, customs, and traditions are observed.

Swim Diapers

Any child under four years old, any child not toilet trained, and anyone who lacks control of defecation shall wear a water resistant swim diaper and waterproof swimwear. Swim diapers and waterproof swimwear shall have waist and leg openings fitted such that they are in contact with the waist or leg around the entire circumference. No disposable diapers will be allowed. Please note that Reusable Swim Diapers are available for purchase at the Fitness Desk and Front Desk.
