Two Great Seminars!

Jew Brew offers two great seminars about fermentation.

One Cool Exhibit!

Learn about all things fungi through miniature, museum-style exhibits! Fungi are everywhere: growing on the roots of plants, creating our favorite cheeses, even living inside our bodies. This exhibit was designed and constructed by undergraduate students in the Mycology course provided by The University of Utah's School of Biological Sciences.

Yeasts, Molds, and Bacteria:
The Agents of Food Change

Presented by Kendra Autumn, Ph.D., The University of Utah
