To better serve you and ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience, we are excited to announce our new membership management and registration system, Amilia. This updated platform is designed to make registering for programs and activities, and accessing your membership account easier, faster, and more convenient.

  • Access to the building will not change. You will continue to use your existing key fob or mobile device as before.

LOG IN STEP-BY-STEP HOW-TO GUIDE 

Step 1: Find the email with subject, “Welcome to Amilia on Behalf of I.J. & Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center” which will come from notifications@amilia.com.

*please check your spam/junk/clutter folders

Step 2: Click on the activation link and create an account

You’ll be prompted to create a password to log in.

If you view that email past 60 days, the activation link will no longer be active.
Contact Membership@slcjcc.org for assistance or call the front desk at (801)581-0098.

Step 3: Once you have been logged in- Update/Verify your account

Verify your information to ensure the data transfer was accurate (name, date of birth, email, phone number, family members and their information, etc.).
If you would like, you may designate a different Account Owner in your account by contacting Membership@slcjcc.org or call the front desk at (801)581-0098.

 

Step 4: Invite anyone on your membership over the age of 14 to create their own login to your account.

Amilia FAQs

Do I need to add my payment information?

  1. We have pulled over all payment information from our previous system, so recurring fees and scheduled payments for future programs will continue to draw as they did before.
  2. For new and future registrations, a payment method will need to be added at the time of registration. 
  3. For ease of future purchases, you can add or edit your credit card or banking information by accessing your "Wallet" in the left menu and selecting 'Add a credit card' or 'Add a bank account.'
  4. After you have entered any new payment method, it is important to click the drop-down arrow and select ‘I.J. & Jeanné Wagner JCC’ under the 'Authorizations' section. 

Is there an Amilia mobile app that I can use?

Yes, we encourage you to download the Amilia App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage your account, register for programs, and view your membership at any time.

How do I invite family to join my account?

You will need this if you have two adults on your account who want to use the mobile app separately.

  1. Open Amilia on a web browser.
  2. Select the 'People' Tab on the left menu.
  3. Navigate to the account member you wish to invite.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page that appears once they are selected. 
  5. Under Account Actions, click 'Invite to join family account.'
  6. They will receive an email invitation. Once accepted, they will be able to use the mobile app with their own email and account.
