This workshop focuses on helping you stay strong and active by modifying fundamental resistance training exercises to reduce pain and lower the risk of injury. Participants will learn practical, joint-friendly adjustments to key movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench presses, and rows. You’ll have the opportunity to practice these variations in a supportive environment while also identifying and correcting common form mistakes that can lead to discomfort or injury.
