Aging actively means supporting your body so it can keep doing what you love—whether that’s exercising, traveling, or simply feeling your best day to day. In this interactive talk, we’ll explore the “energy-in” side of the equation: how nutrition and hydration fuel movement, recovery, and overall vitality.
As we transition from summer into the colder, drier months, our bodies experience shifts in appetite, digestion, hydration needs, and energy levels—especially in a mountainous climate where temperatures can swing dramatically. You’ll learn how these seasonal changes influence nutrient intake, absorption, and recovery, and how to adapt your daily habits to stay strong, energized, and resilient.
Blending modern nutrition with practical insights inspired by Ayurvedic principles, this session offers simple, actionable strategies to support energy, immune health, and recovery throughout the fall and winter season.
This is Part I of a seasonal series with Cari Junge, The Junge Method, designed to help you align nutrition and lifestyle choices with the natural rhythms of the year.
Join us for a series of once-a-month workshops for our members and guests.
