In this workshop, participants will learn and practice foundational functional movement patterns designed to build strength that translate beyond the gym. Functional resistance training focuses on training the body as an integrated system—combining strength, power, mobility, and stability to support how we move in everyday life.
Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll explore exercises that improve coordination, balance, and overall movement efficiency. This approach helps reduce injury risk, enhance performance in other activities, and build a strong, capable body that feels better in daily movement.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to move with more purpose, this workshop will give you practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to train smarter and more effectively.
