Focus: Mobility, Stability, and Functional Alignment

Unlock your body’s potential by addressing the foundation of movement.

Modern life often pulls us into a "closed" posture—rounded shoulders, a stiff mid-back, and limited reach. This class is a dedicated deep dive into the mechanics of the upper posterior chain, designed to reverse those patterns and build a resilient, high-functioning frame.

What We Focus On:

  •  Thoracic Liberation: We target the mid-back with specific extension and flexion drills. A mobile thoracic spine is the "secret sauce" for breathing capacity and protecting your lower back and neck from compensation.
  •  The Scapular Reset: Your shoulder blades are the engines of upper body movement. We focus on scapular mobility to ensure your "wings" glide, rotate, and retract as they should, creating a visible and felt change in your resting posture.
  •  Shoulder Synergy: True shoulder health requires a delicate balance of stability and mobility. We use targeted isometric holds and end-range movements to ensure the joint is both strong enough to support weight and flexible enough to move through its full 360-degree range.
  • Functional Postural Correction: This isn't just about "sitting up straight." We train the deep stabilizers to hold your body in an optimal alignment that translates to better performance in the gym and less pain in daily life.
