True health and performance aren’t just built in the gym—they’re supported by the foundation of lifestyle and recovery. In this talk, led by Professional Trainer Cari Junge, we’ll explore the 4 Pillars of Health — lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, and recovery — with a focus on the practices that make the biggest difference in performance, mobility, and long-term health.
We’ll highlight bodywork and self-care techniques, including therapeutic massage and restorative practices, that reduce soreness, prevent injuries, and enhance recovery. You’ll leave with tools to support your body between workouts, improve sleep, manage stress, and move with greater ease — no matter your age or fitness level, whether you’re a performance athlete or just starting out. Come in comfortable clothing — we just might move a bit!
