Join us for our third workshop supporting women through the transition of perimenopause. This session focuses on the mental and emotional side of hormone health and self-care.
We’ll explore:
• Better Sleep for Hormonal Balance – Tips for more restful nights
• Breathing & Gentle Movement – Simple yoga, Tai Chi, and mindfulness practices
• Journaling for Clarity – Guided prompts to release stress and connect inward
• Community Connection – Share space and support with others on the same journey
