Base Strength: A Foot, Ankle, and Balance Workshop
Wednesday, November 19 | 5-6 PM | Strength Studio

This workshop goes beyond traditional balance drills to help you build a strong, dynamic connection from your feet to your core. Through focused practice, you’ll discover how proper foot alignment and strength can transform the way your entire body moves and stabilizes.

We’ll explore three key areas:

  • Foot Positioning Mastery: Learn how to position your feet and ankles for optimal stability and alignment — reducing strain and improving balance from the ground up.
  • Targeted Foot & Core Strength: Strengthen the deep intrinsic muscles of your feet — the “foot core” — alongside the transverse abdominis to create a powerful, supportive foundation for every movement.
  • Big-Toe Power: Unlock the hidden strength of your big toe with targeted exercises that enhance push-off, efficiency, and agility in walking, running, and all athletic movements.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in and bring water!
