Back pain is one of the most common medical problems worldwide. One of the best forms of exercise to aid chronic back pain is Pilates. If your back pain is muscular, factors such as having poor alignment and faulty movement patterns, tight muscles and weak abdominals could be the cause. Proper alignment, stretching and strengthening of the abdominals are some of the key pillars of Pilates.
In this class, we will talk about why you may be having chronic back pain and go over exercises that you can do anywhere to help fix it.
