Estate planning is essential for everyone – no matter your age. The basic goals typically considered include providing for loved ones, mitigating, or avoiding probate, minimizing taxes, providing for the orderly distribution and stewardship of assets, protecting assets, and planning for incapacity. During this informative session, incapacity documents, basic wills and revocable, living trusts will be discussed.  The focus of attorney Natalie Segall’s practice is heart-centered estate planning with her firm of Segall and Banko in Park City.
