Head to the JCC patio for Music Under the Stars. Big band and swing era original arrangements made famous in the '30s and '40s will be performed, focusing on Jewish American band leaders including Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw. The New Deal Swing Orchestra, which boasts 16 instrumentalists and vocal trio, Lindy & The Hops, was established in 2003 by Utah Symphony lead clarinetist, Tad Calcara.
