Adventure With Yoga: A Parent & Child Summer Workshop

Join the JCC and Amber Bird for a joyful summer-themed yoga adventure designed especially for parents and children 5-10 years of age to connect, move, and have fun together! We’ll start with calming breath work and a short, kid-friendly meditation to help us feel grounded and present. Then we’ll head out on an imaginative yoga journey brought to life through playful yoga poses.

After our movement adventure, we’ll wind down with relaxing stretches and a creative coloring activity. Kids will get to enjoy fun, yoga-themed crafts using crayons and coloring pages.

This special workshop is all about bonding, imagination, and celebrating summertime. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and your sense of adventure!
