Benjamin Wong

About Benjamin: A dedicated and an enthusiastic promoter of physical health and fitness.

Areas of Expertise: Benjamin is currently a full-time personal trainer and teaches regular group fitness classes including kickboxing, indoor cycle, strength endurance training, boot camp, and BODYPUMP.

Certifications: He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
