Maybe you want to get ready for the ski season, train on the bike in the offseason, or possibly you want to do complete your first triathlon. Throughout the year, the JCC offers a number of clinics geared toward a specific sport or activity. These are a great – & affordable – ways to get top-rate coaching, work with other athletes & improve your skill set.
J.R. Smith Power Cycling Camp returns to the JCC. This structured 4-month program is a great way to stay fit through the winter — whether your only biking experience is indoors or you are a competitive cyclist hoping to be fit for the spring.

Whether you are an Ironman or looking to complete your first triathlon, the JCC's Triathlon Training clinic can help. The clinics are taught by experienced triathletes with USA Triathlon coaching certification. It's an 8-week program with a mini-triathlon at the end of each full session
The JCC's Running Clinics are designed to increase performance & form, while reducing the chance of injury. The 3-week clinics cover running fundamentals, proper form for any distance & appropriate technique for all shoe varieties, including barefoot running & five-finger shoes.
This class will teach you the basics of white water kayaking including the fundamental paddle strokes, basic safety & rules of the water, how to do a wet exit in the event of a capsize & how to perform a bow rescue as well as an Eskimo roll. Classes will take place in the indoor pool. Kayaks, paddles and spray skirts provided.
