Education: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition, CUNY Queens College

Certifications: Health Fitness Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine; Certified Level 1 Instructor, Kettlebell Concepts and TRX Suspension Training; Certified in Adult CPR/AED, American Red Cross

Philosophy: She enjoys working with everyone from children to competitive athletes and anyone with special health concerns. She likes to inspire and teach others how to start or maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Her programs are designed to be fun and challenging. Leslie strives to help her clients feel empowered, stressing patience and persistence as keys to achievement.
