Boot Camp in the Garage Gym

No frills. No nonsense. Just results. Our Garage Gym is exactly what you might imagine: a simple, yet effective, workout facility housed in a garage. The equipment is as basic as the setting – kettle bells, tires, pull-up bars & coaching by a Crossfit-certified instructor.

Classes combine plyometric, core, strength & flexibility movements used in military, police & fire fighting academies as well as martial arts training in bootcamp, TRX & tabata formats.

All fitness level welcome. You'll love & be motivated by our instructors who will help you push through each milestone. The Garage Gym is a great place to gain strength, increase flexibility & lose weight.

During our busier seasons, we also offer Boot Camp 101 introductory course as well, if you're curious but a little nervous.
