In addition to our Cardio sessions – many of which include some strength components – we offer a range of classes designed to increase your strength. Whether you're looking to work your core, build upper body strength or simply aiming for a complete body workout, we've got a class for you.

Core Fusion

This class uses concentrated core moves fused with props designed to strengthen & lengthen the entire body from the core out.

Reps

High energy & big results. Get ready for an intense hour of lifting. You will repetitions of endurance, max strength, stabilation & power with bars, free weights, balls, bands & more.

Total Body Express

High energy, big results, quick workout. Get ready for an intense 30 minutes of cardio drills coupled with strength training.
