Pool Workouts

 

In addition to our indoor fitness options, the JCC features two pools & a number of water-based fitness courses.

Our indoor pool is 25 yards long & kept at 82-84 degrees. The indoor pool is open 7 days per week for lap swimming. Children must be 8 years & up & must pass the swim test issued by the lifeguard to be able to swim in the indoor pool without an adult.

The outdoor pool is a 25-meter pool & is kept at a slightly warmer temperature of 84-86 degrees. The outdoor pool opens at 11:15 a.m. on the weekdays & 10 a.m. on the weekends. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

 

Masters Team Workout

If you're looking for improved stroke technique, endurance training & overall fitness, a structured group workout is vital. The adult Masters Workout includes in-depth stroke analysis & personal coaching. These workouts will challenge your mind & body. All levels of swimmers welcome; must be 18 years of age – or 14 with an adult.

Aquafast

Get fit & tone with this fast-paced class.

Aquafit

This course takes cardiovascular fitness, core strength & muscle tone to the water. Aquafit focuses on endurance & cardiovascular output for all levels.
