For the days you just need to send your heart rate soaring, we've got you covered. Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Body Combat, Low Impact Fitness & more. All classes are included with your JCC membership at no extra charge.

Here's a brief rundown:

Zumba®

Easily one of the most popular fitness trends, the JCC offers high-energy Zumba classes multiple times per week. Based on Latin dances – merenge, mambo, flamenco & salsa – Zumba is an exhilarating & intense workout sure to strengthen your core & get your quads burning.

Indoor Cycling

We know it's not quite smooth pavement or a buffed out trail, but some days – especially those dreary winter days – you just need to be on the bike. Aside from the best view of any Indoor Cycling Room likely anywhere, there are advantages to an indoor group workout. It's a full hour of carefully choreographed, intense riding led by our cadre of highly-accomplished instructors.

Steptacular

A combination of step choreography & power-based movements. Get ready for a challenging workout sure to push your body to the limit.

Cardio Challenge

This one is not about music, beats or choreography – just good, old-fashioned agility, speed & strengthening drills. And did we say, intense? Cardio Challenge is guaranteed to improve cardiovascular endurance, athletic performance & muscle tone.

Low Impact Fitness

Just 30 minutes, this sessions is geared toward active older adults, injury-rehab participants, moms-to-be & others looking for a safe & effective workout. The class includes a weight circuit tailored to your needs.
