Our Mission
As the leaders in developing, educating, motivating and implementing JCC Health & Fitness programs, we are committed to providing the tools and techniques for instilling a healthy lifestyle in our members and the community at large
Featured Program
Ski Conditioning
Strength, flexibility, endurance and agility drills for skiers and boarders are essentional for both recreational and expert levels. No matter what level you are, this course will prepare you for the season by building strength and endurance necessary to hit the slopes like a pro!

Programs for Adults
Kayaking
This class will teach you the basics of white water Kayaking including the fundamental paddle strokes, basic safety and rules of the water, how to do a wet exit in the event of a capsize, and how to perform a bow rescue as well as an Eskimo roll.
Members will need their barcode & pin to receive member price
Tennis for Adults
Tennis is available all summer long on our outdoor tennis courts when no classes or private lessons are being held. Please contact the fitness desk for scheduling information at 801-581-0098.
Boot Camp
Whether youre looking to slim down, tone up, or just beat the bulge, you can make it happen through our intense, indoor Boot Camp. Using the latest developments in exercise science.

Jr. Jazz & Biddy Basketball
Jr. Jazz and Biddy Basketball gives your basketball player a great chance to learn form and coordination, also to make new friends and how to work as a team.

Ages 12-15 years are able to use the Fitness Studio after passing this certification

Tennis for Youth
Your child can build their tennis skills or learn new ones while making friends and playing outdoors.

Rock Climbing Wall and Belay Certification
The Rock Climbing Belay Certification class is a one-time fee and instruction course that will allow those ages 15 and up to use the rock wall free of charge at any Open Climbing time on the schedule.
Movement: Dance, Sports & Swim
Learn basic technique and fundamentals in Dance, Sports or Swim classes while building self-image in a positive peer culture.
